Doug Brown, President and Owner of The TRAILwood Development Group, has vast and diverse Design and Construction experience within the retail and hospitality industries. An honest, transparent entrepreneurial spirit coupled with top level business acumen has provided Doug with over 30 years of career success and industry respect.
Doug has undertaken roles as the Director of Design and Construction at Donato Food Corporation, and as the National Construction Manager for Tim Hortons, along with responsibilities on a diverse portfolio of design and construction projects. His interpersonal skills with all levels of an organization are a benefit when undertaking assignments and securing approvals on complex infrastructure.
Clients include both private and public sectors. Doug is keenly aware of clients’ needs for ongoing attention to their projects from inception to completion. He reviews projects on a regular basis and pro-actively makes decisions and recommendations to help ensure quality in terms of deliverables, schedule and budget.
